The Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, Ambassador Hugues Mingarelli will travel to Lviv on 28-29 March 2017 on a working visit. He will meet regional and local authorities led by Oleh Synyutka, Head of Lviv Oblast Administration and Mayor of Lviv Andriy Sadovyi to discuss ways to strengthen partnerships and assess progress made in the economic and decentralisation reforms.

The Ambassador will open a seminar devoted to enter the EU markets, organised in cooperation with Lviv European Business Association and Lviv Business School. He will also deliver a speech on the EU – Ukraine partnership for the academic community and students of Ivan Franko National University.

On the second day of his stay in Lviv, Ambassador Mingarelli will meet mayors of the amalgamated communities in Lviv Oblast and address the participants of the annual conference of more than twenty EU information centers in Ukraine. He will also exchange views on the economic and political reforms with the leadership of local NGOs at Ukrainian Catholic University and also meet media organisations.
